- Follow-up information, tracking-team assessments and final outcomes
- Our website, form provider and supporting services may also collect limited technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, submission time and information needed to operate and secure the service.
How We Use Your Information

- Help interpret the available evidence
- Contact you when additional information is needed
- Notify you when your submission has been opened for review, if you voluntarily requested that notification
- Allow participating tracking professionals to review and respond to your submission

- Prevent abuse, resolve technical problems and improve the analysis tool
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
- This analysis tool does not automatically request or dispatch a tracking team.
Participating Tracking Professionals
Information submitted through the analysis tool may be made available to participating tracking professionals for the limited purpose of reviewing the evidence, providing advice and contacting you about that submission.
Participating reviewers are expected to use the information only for the submission they are reviewing.
Photographs and Videos
Uploaded photographs and videos are used to evaluate the shot, hit site, blood trail or other evidence. We will not publicly post your submitted photographs or videos for advertising, social media, recovery walls or other promotional purposes without separate permission.
Service Providers
We may use service providers such as Wix, Tally, Google and Twilio to host the website, collect form responses, store submission information and deliver requested notifications. These providers process information as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
One-Time SMS Review Notification
When a user voluntarily selects the SMS notification option on the Free Shot, Hit-Site and Blood Trail Analysis Form, we collect the mobile number provided, the user’s consent selection, the submission identifier and the information necessary to determine when review of that submission begins.

This information is used to send one automated notification when a participating tracking team begins reviewing that specific submission. Opting in does not create a recurring subscription and does not authorize marketing, promotional messages or automated follow-up texts.

A separate opt-in is required for each new form submission. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent or use mobile information or SMS consent records for advertising or promotional purposes.

Children’s Privacy
This tool is not intended for unsupervised use by children under 13. Minors should use the tool with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
